-> Youkai-Form: In her youkai form, Mine looks pretty much the same. The only difference is that she wears layers of kimonos and wears half of her hair like a bun to the side while being kept in place by a hairpin.

-> She can control smoke like shadows that can turn into a variety of sharp weapons she can use to fight. She can also use these shadows to reach for something from far away or scaring people without the need for weapons.

->Human-Form: Like said above, her human form doesn't have much difference from her youkai-form. In this form she lets the rest of her hair down without any restrictions and wears normal clothes that she doesn't change unless needed.

->Other: Because of her mostly black attire when in her yokai form and her ability to manipulate smoke like shadows, she can blend in easily in dark places or corners most of the time and mostly not on purpose. So don't be surprised when she pops out behind you at night while you try to get something to drink in the kitchen.

->Very Introverted: She can't express her feelings openly to other people, even if she wants to socialize more and actually make friends. Because of this ->she has a habit of not speaking truthfully when spoken to and comes off as grumpy and harsh at times.
->Scary Aura: Has a scary aura around her that always made people reluctant to talk to her.
->Almost Emotionless Face: You will rarely see her actually showing emotions even if she actually feels happy or sad.
->Fragile: Hurtful words can easily make her depressed, which is the only emotion that she can show visibly.
->Quite Childish: If she opens up to you, you'll see her laughing at the simplest and stupidest things.
->Silent Wrath: When she's angry, she doesn't show it directly and maintains her usual composure unless around the person she's angry at, she'll emit this deadly aura and look coldly at them until they break down.

Mine was raised up to be lady-like and sheltered in their home. She rarely got out except when she has to go to academically related events and was forbidden to have friends. Since she was the one with the strongest blood of their ancestor, she was always guarded and protected. She couldn't go out without permission or body guards. So she grew up to be quite solitary and quiet most of the time. The only company she'd have was her kind childhood friend who'd always go to see her. Nothing really went wrong until her only friend had to move away to America to resume her studies there, and then she was left alone.

She couldn't leave their 'home' till the age of 15 to be able to study highschool somewhere far away from it. She felt like she wanted to go out and venture the outside world more, but that was impossible she thought. Till she heard about the Maison de Umagiyoshi from one of the adult's conversations. Hence she decided she's live there for her studies and somehow be 'free' and not be caged forever.
